Product Description
Trash Panic adds a whole new element to puzzle video games - waste management! This PS3 downloadable exclusive will challenge players to be "eco-friendly" in disposing of garbage. Throughout each stage, trash items will be dropped into a trash can that will quickly reach full capacity unless you dispose of it strategically. Act quickly -- if the trash overflows too much you lose! Each level features a giant Boss item for players to destroy in a certain amount of time, but don't just resort to any means necessary…at the end of each stage, you will be rated by how “eco-friendly” or “ego-friendly” you choose to be!

Game is okay, really hard to do at first and trophies are very hard to get.

2 out of 5 stars Fun, But Unnecessarily Hard   December 12, 2009

I actually really like the concept of this game, and the first few levels are fun, but trying to progess is super hard and strips the fun out of it. Also, there isn't a way to save between levels, kind of like an old school arcade game, so you start at the beginning each time. This is frustrating and really forces you to leave your PS3 on for days at a time in order to beat the game without losing hours of work when you go to bed or out for dinner. It's ironic that a game about being eco friendly really forces your hand into wasting energy. To wrap up, this is game is fun for a bit, but only for those who are extremely patient or get really into their games. Let's just say myself and a few friends have played this for way too many hours only to manage 2 trophies (Cleared Main Mode and Played for more than 24 hours, with the later being by far the easiest to earn).

I really enjoyed teh demo, so I grabbed the full game. It is difficult, but considering there are only 3 levels, it makes for a great challenge. Well worth the money I paid for it.

I played the demo of this game and found it to be fun and clever. Think Tetris but with smashable trash instead of blocks. I purchased it and found a totally different game. While the demo was very fun the full game had the difficulty turned up so high it was made to be unplayable! Hopefully in the future there will be an easy-mode patch like they did for WipeoutHD but until then, save your $5 and replay the demo.
